Share your HP related business or technical expertise and knowledge with your colleagues at Community Connect Europe 2008, presented by ITUG, HP-Interex EMEA, and Encompass – your HP user communities. This first-ever event, scheduled for 10-12 November in Mannheim, Germany provides the first-ever opportunity for users, prospects, and third-party vendors of ITUG, HP-Interex EMEA, and Encompass throughout the EMEA region to gather in one place for learning, networking, and communicating by acquiring new knowledge and sharing individual and corporate experiences. The event will continue to provide the traditional HP NonStop content but while providing additional educational and networking opportunities for users of other HP Enterprise products.

Discuss tips and techniques, a case study, the solutions you have introduced, or your best practices. Your fellow professionals can learn from both your successes and the challenges you have conquered along the way.

BENEFITS
Speakers receive complimentary Community Connect Europe 2008 registration. (One complimentary registration per session; valued up to 1,100 Euros or more.)  This includes access to all conference activities, scheduled meals and social functions, and conference programme materials. In addition to presenting a session, you can participate in a panel presentation or serve as a session moderator at Community Connect Europe 2008. Panel presentations and the duties of a session moderator are included in our Frequently Asked Questions for speakers

  • Please submit the following by 30 May 2008:
    • Call for Speakers Reply Form
    • 200-word description of your proposed session for the selection committee
    • Five short bullet points describing what your presentation includes for promotions
    • 100-word biography
  • All accepted presenters will be contacted in May 2008.
  • Your draft presentation for review is due by 27 June 2008.
  • Your FINAL presentation is due by 1 October 2008.

Note: Entries become the property of ITUG, HP Interex EMEA and Encompass, and will not be returned. If your submitted presentation abstract is selected by the review board, your registration fee will be waived for Community Connect Europe 2008. Please note that only one speaker per presentation is eligible to receive the complimentary registration. In addition, each speaker is only eligible for one complimentary registration (nontransferable) per Community Connect Europe 2008 event. All presentations will be 45 minutes in length.
